Nordvik needed a strategic advantage that would help them capture market share. Outdated tools were killing efficiency. How could we help brokers increase their conversion rate?

People choose broker based on trust and price. Part of what Nordvik needed was a new sales presentation that helped brokers stand out, and made it easy for the customer to understand the sales process.

Being able to easily edit the offer during the inspection is key for the broker. This lets them react to the client's needs on the spot and increases the chance of closing. Signing is done digitally with BankID.

Create once; ready forever. Nordvik uses AI and smart algorithms to make their broker profiles stand out in a crowd of homemade PDF CVs.

Built for speed

We continuously release new features based on Nordvik's product vision, broker feedback, and market insights. The web app is built in React with Next.js and hosted on Vercel, using Radix for accessibility, Motion for animations, and ChartJS for charts.

The frontend is documented in Storybook and tested via Chromatic. A GraphQL API powered by Apollo connects to multiple data sources using supergraph merging, with TypeScript code generated for stability. We use Postgres with Prisma for user features, MongoDB for advanced search, and Redis for caching. For secure signing, we've integrated BankID through Signicat.
